Answering Simple Questions: Why Playing “Hard to Get” Could Be Costing You Clients | Transparency in Business

Updated: Nov 5

These days, getting a straight answer is as rare as spotting a shooting star and imperative to keep a layer of needed transparency in business.

A recent example of Transparency In Business:

I reached out to someone I’d trusted enough to let into my inbox. I let them know I wasn’t interested in the course they were promoting but wanted to know if they offered one-on-one coaching—and if so, what were their rates. 🔥

What did I get back? A firestorm of three other options, including—you guessed it—another course and zero rate info. 🙃

The Importance of Clear Communication

When potential clients reach out with a specific question, clarity is key. Building trust starts with showing that you're listening—and the fastest way to show you're listening is by giving a direct, simple answer to their question. Always remember: Clarity burns bright and confusion makes a hot lead fizzle out.

Why It Matters for Your Business

At Sound Spark, we're all about transparency, we believe in bright, no-nonsense answers. If you reach out with a question, we don't dance around the answer, we’re gonna give it to you straight—no smoke, no mirrors. We even have some rates here on the website - under "Pricing." See how easy it can be?😄

Your Action Step
